Free Parlay Calculator — Enter Your Legs, See the Exact Payout

This free parlay calculator lets you enter American odds for each leg of your parlay and see the combined parlay odds, total payout, and net profit instantly — before you risk a dollar. Punch in two legs or ten; the math is the same multiplication chain either way.

How do I use this parlay calculator?

Enter your stake (any dollar amount) and the American odds for each leg — negative or positive. The tool converts each line to its decimal equivalent, multiplies them together, then applies that multiplier to your stake. The result is your gross payout; subtract your original stake for net profit.

For example, three legs at -110 each convert to roughly 1.909 in decimal form. Multiply 1.909 × 1.909 × 1.909 and you get about 6.96. A $100 bet at those combined odds returns approximately $696 total — $596 net profit. I walk through that arithmetic in detail on the step-by-step parlay odds conversion guide.

What does the parlay calculator actually show you?

  • Combined American odds — the single +/− number that represents your entire ticket
  • Gross payout — what the sportsbook hands back if every leg hits
  • Net profit — payout minus your original stake

Keep in mind that parlays carry an average house edge of roughly 24%, compared to about 4.5% on a straight single-game wager. That gap widens with each leg you add. If you want a side-by-side look at how the numbers stack up, the parlay vs single bet comparison breaks that out with concrete dollar figures.

What happens to my parlay payout if one leg pushes?

A push — where a game lands exactly on the spread or total — typically removes that leg from the ticket and recalculates the parlay at the remaining legs' odds rather than grading the entire ticket a loss. That sounds like good news, but it does reduce your payout. The details depend on the sportsbook's rules, so I wrote a full explainer on what happens when a parlay leg pushes that covers the most common rule sets.

Can I use this calculator for same game parlays?

You can enter the odds your sportsbook displays for a Same Game Parlay (SGP) leg, but be aware that SGP odds are typically adjusted downward to account for statistical correlation between legs drawn from the same game. The raw multiplication a standard parlay calculator performs does not model that sportsbook-side adjustment. For a deeper look at how SGP pricing works, see the same game parlay odds explainer.

Does a big parlay payout trigger a tax form?

It can. The IRS requires sportsbooks to issue a W-2G when sports-betting winnings reach $600 or more and the payout is at least 300 times the amount wagered. A long-shot parlay on a small stake can hit both thresholds quickly. All gambling winnings are taxable federal income regardless of whether a W-2G is issued. The full breakdown is on the W-2G parlay winnings page.

Where is parlay betting legal?

Parlay wagering is only available where a state has passed sports-betting legislation. More than 30 states plus Washington D.C. have done so as of 2024. Retail-only states like Mississippi and Montana do not permit online parlay wagers. Check the state-by-state legal parlay status guide for a current rundown, or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling for responsible-gambling resources regardless of where you play.
